"Fotoklub Maribor" websites

A network of three websites for the prestigious Fotoklub Maribor photography society. During the course of two months, three previously completely separate and antiquated websites for the three branches of the society were converted into modern and responsive sites, unified under a Wordpress Multisite installation. The sites were redesigned from scratch to have distinct designs while keeping a unified look and easy navigation between them (using a global menu and a navigation landing page). Two of the sites are also bi-lingual and one features geo-tagging of event announcements.

"SERŠ obrazci" document management

A fully custom document and form management system was developed for a local high school, featuring single-sign-on with students' academic IDs, support for standard PDF forms (both for importing, exporting and filling), verification and completion of entered information from the school's database and later tracking of the forms as they are processed by the various departments of the school and ministry.

"SERŠ Dogodki" event managment

For the purposes of managing events that require sign-up from students/faculty (special lectures, demonstrations, field days...), a custom event and signup management system was developed for a local high school. It allows administrators to create events with several different signup formats, tailor-made for their purposes, notify students/faculty of their details, allow them to sign up using their academic ID and optionally track attendees.

Digitalna prenova dobrodelne organizacije Petka za nasmeh

In collaboration with Kainoto d.o.o., the charity organisation Petka za nasmeh received a full digital workflow re-work. Tracking of donators, donations, payouts and other parts of their operations was moved to a fully customized system, eploying Google Sheets, Docs and Apps Script to do everything from sending out notification emails and receiving new signups to pulling in financial data from bank statements (emailed PDFs) into spreadsheets and later anonymizing it and automatically publishing monthly transparency reports.

"TOTIFOTO"

A fully custom social network-like web application was developed for the TOTIFOTO photography society, replacing their at that point 12 year-old web gallery with a modern mobile-friendly portal. It features a standard discussion forum, a blog (with the capability to promote members' forum posts there) and a gallery of user-uploaded photos, allowing members to rate and comment on each other's photos and vote on monthly contests. Photos can be tagged using pre-defined categories, some of which are automatically detected by the site (camera information, presence of nudity, editing, black and white, etc.). On the back-end of the site, the administrators are also able to track the society's members, paid memberships and other information, which is automatically kept in sync with the perks users of the site receive (like private forum sections for members, etc.).
